These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GetTunnelVPN mobile application for iOS and the related website(s) operated by Webisso LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using GetTunnelVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
I. ELIGIBILITY AND SCOPE
The Service is intended solely for individual, personal use. Corporate, enterprise, or business use is not supported unless explicitly authorized in writing by Webisso LLC.
These Terms apply to:
- The GetTunnelVPN iOS mobile application
- Any related landing or informational website operated by Webisso LLC
II. DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
GetTunnelVPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service designed to:
- Improve connection stability and performance
- Assist users experiencing IP-related connectivity issues
- Enhance privacy and security during internet usage
The Service is not guaranteed to be available in all locations and may be subject to geographic or technical limitations.
III. ACCOUNT, ACCESS, AND AUTHENTICATION
Access to the Service is subscription-based and associated with the user’s Apple ID for billing purposes.
VPN connections and usage data are technically associated with device-based identifiers.
A single subscription may be used on only one device at a time. Use of the same subscription on multiple devices is strictly prohibited.
Account sharing, resale, sublicensing, or transferring access to any third party is strictly forbidden.
IV. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND REFUNDS
GetTunnelVPN offers subscription plans including weekly, monthly, and yearly options. Additional plans, discounts, or promotional offerings may be introduced at our discretion.
Subscriptions are processed and managed exclusively through Apple App Store billing systems and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user through their Apple App Store account settings.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing under any circumstances, except where Apple’s mandatory policies require otherwise. Webisso LLC assumes no responsibility for refunds outside Apple’s platform.
V. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
- Illegal activities under applicable local, national, or international laws
- Copyright or intellectual property infringement
- Hacking, unauthorized access, or network abuse
- Distribution of malware, spam, or harmful content
- Activities that interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
The Service does not technically prevent all prohibited activities. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions while using the Service.
Webisso LLC disclaims all liability for user conduct and reserves the right to take action where misuse is detected.
VI. LOGGING, PRIVACY, AND DATA
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
Certain connection and usage data may be logged as described in those policies.
We may disclose user data where required to comply with legal obligations, lawful government requests, court orders, or applicable regulations.
VII. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, including for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Users may terminate their use of the Service at any time. Deleting the application does not cancel an active subscription or result in deletion of stored data.
To stop billing, users must cancel their subscription directly through Apple App Store account settings.
VIII. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service, nor any specific level of availability or performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webisso LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
IX. INTERNATIONAL USE AND SANCTIONS
The Service may be accessed globally; however, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
Access to the Service may be restricted or denied in countries subject to U.S. sanctions, embargoes, or other legal restrictions.
X. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
XI. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
