This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Webisso LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the GetTunnelVPN mobile application ("Application") available on iOS devices.
By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for personal and non-commercial purposes on iOS devices owned or controlled by you.
3. Subscription and Billing
GetTunnelVPN is offered as a paid subscription service with weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. There is no free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user.
All subscription payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled exclusively by Apple through the Apple App Store. The Company does not manage payments or refunds. No refunds are provided. Users must cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.
4. Service Availability
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, or 100% uptime. Service interruptions, maintenance, or performance issues may occur.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Application for unlawful activities, including but not limited to illegal actions or copyright infringement. The Company does not actively restrict specific activities but disclaims all responsibility for user actions. All responsibility for usage rests solely with the user.
6. Logging and Data Collection
GetTunnelVPN operates under a partial logging policy. The following information may be collected and stored: connection timestamps, connection duration, websites accessed during an active VPN session, time spent on each website, and connection performance data such as speed.
The Company does not share logs with third parties. Logs are retained solely for operational, security, and legal purposes. If required by law or governmental authorities, the Company may disclose collected data to comply with legal obligations.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Application at any time if user activity violates this Agreement, applicable laws, or is deemed harmful to the service or other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or financial loss.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
11. Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
