This Data Deletion Policy explains how Webisso LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles requests for deletion of personal data collected through the GetTunnelVPN mobile application (“Application”).
This policy applies exclusively to individual users. Business or corporate accounts are not supported.
1. Scope and Age Limitation
The Application is available to users worldwide. Age eligibility is determined and enforced by the Apple App Store platform. The Company does not independently verify user age, as authentication is device-based and not account-based. Users are responsible for complying with the age requirements imposed by the platform.

3. Categories of Personal Data Collected
The Company may collect and process the following data:
- Apple ID (indirectly, via App Store subscription and authentication)
- IP address
- Device identifiers
- Approximate location data
- VPN usage logs, including accessed websites and duration of access
- Connection timestamps, session duration, and performance metrics
VPN usage logs are directly associated with the user’s device and are not anonymized.
4. Data Retention Period
All collected personal data and VPN usage logs are retained for a period of five (5) years. Data is not automatically deleted upon account closure. Upon expiration of the five-year retention period, data is permanently deleted retroactively.
Backup systems may also contain personal data and are subject to the same five-year retention period.
5. User Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their personal data by contacting the Company via email at [email protected].
All deletion requests require identity verification through Apple ID matching to prevent unauthorized data removal.
The Company will acknowledge deletion requests within one (1) to seven (7) days. Evaluation and execution of approved deletion requests may take up to thirty (30) days.
6. Limitations and Legal Exceptions
Data deletion requests may be denied or delayed where retention is required for:
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulations
- Governmental or lawful authority requests
- Legal proceedings or investigations
- Fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or security purposes
In such cases, data will be retained for as long as permitted or required by law.
7. Third-Party Services
The Company does not share personal data with third parties in an identifiable manner. Anonymous and aggregated analytics tools may be used solely for application performance, stability, and market analysis purposes. These analytics are not linked to individual users.
As personal data is not shared in an identifiable form with third parties, deletion requests do not require coordination with third-party service providers.
8. Data Deletion Method
Approved data deletion requests are executed using permanent and irreversible deletion methods. Deleted data cannot be recovered once the deletion process is completed.
9. Account Deletion
In compliance with Apple’s “Delete Account & Data” requirement, users may initiate account deletion from within the Application. This action redirects the user to a communication form where the deletion request is formally submitted and processed according to this policy.
10. Regulatory Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with applicable global data protection regulations, including but not limited to:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
11. Governing Law
This Data Deletion Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
12. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Data Deletion Policy at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
