This Age Suitability Policy describes the age-related eligibility requirements for accessing and using the GetTunnelVPN mobile application (“Application”) operated by Webisso LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. General Applicability
The Application is intended solely for individual users. Business or corporate accounts are not supported.
2. Platform-Based Age Determination
Age eligibility for the Application is determined exclusively by the Apple App Store. The Company relies entirely on Apple’s age rating, age suitability guidelines, and age verification mechanisms as provided by the platform.
The applicable age requirement may vary over time based on Apple’s policies, regional regulations, or App Store rating changes.
3. No Independent Age Verification
The Company does not independently verify the age of users. The Application uses a device-based authentication mechanism and does not require user login via email or personal account credentials. As a result, the Company does not have direct knowledge of a user’s age.
4. Responsibility of the User
By accessing or using the Application, users represent and warrant that they meet the minimum age requirement imposed by the Apple App Store in their jurisdiction. Users who do not meet the applicable age requirement must not use the Application.
5. Children’s Data
The Application is not knowingly directed at children below the minimum age defined by the Apple App Store. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from users who do not meet the platform’s age requirements.
If the Company becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a user who does not meet the applicable age requirement, it reserves the right to restrict access, suspend use, or take appropriate actions in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Parental Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their children’s access to and use of mobile devices, applications, and App Store content ratings.
7. Regulatory Considerations
This policy is intended to comply with applicable child protection and data protection regulations, including but not limited to:
- Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including age-related provisions
- Applicable local and international child protection laws
8. Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Application if it determines that usage does not comply with platform-imposed age requirements or applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
This Age Suitability Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
10. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Age Suitability Policy at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
